I’m Lynn Friesth, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned about life, it’s that the biggest lessons are often found in the shakiest of times. Most people view change in life as uncomfortable, undesirable, and disruptive.

But with the right mindset, skill set, and heart set, each of the transitions you experience in life can be the source of your greatest learnings. Transitions typically consist of three stages:

1. Ending, Losing, and Letting Go: This is when you know that a change is coming and must confront the feelings of loss and grief that come with letting go of the old. It involves acknowledging your feelings and coming to terms with the fact that something is ending.

2. The Neutral Zone: This is a period of confusion, disorientation, and uncertainty. It's an 'in-between' stage where you've let go of the old, but have not yet fully embraced or understood the new. It can be a time of significant personal growth if you reflect, explore, and experiment.

3. The New Beginning: You start to accept the changes, feel comfortable with the new situation, and move forward. You begin to see new possibilities and opportunities, build new relationships, or develop new routines.

Remember, transitions aren't roadblocks - they're opportunities. End the overwhelm of life transitions and embrace change with confidence!
